Distance Sales Contract

Article 1 – Parties

Article 2 – Subject

The subject of this contract is the sale and delivery of the product(s) that the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER’s website www.sunvit.com.tr. The contract is prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and determines the rights and obligations of the parties.

 

The BUYER acknowledges that they are informed clearly and understandably by the SELLER, in compliance with the internet environment, about the SELLER’s name, title, full address, phone number and other contact information, the basic qualities of the product subject to sale, including the sales price with taxes, payment method, delivery terms and costs, and the right of withdrawal and how to use it. The BUYER also declares that they approved these preliminary information electronically and subsequently placed the order.

 

The preliminary information published on www.sunvit.com.tr and the invoice issued upon the BUYER’s order are integral parts of this agreement.

 

Article 3 – Product / Payment / Delivery Information

Details regarding the product(s) ordered electronically – such as type, quantity, model, total sale price, payment method, delivery information, billing details, and shipping fees – are specified below. The invoiced party must be the same as the contracting party. The BUYER accepts all responsibility for any errors or omissions in these details.

 

The SELLER reserves the right to pause the order if any provided information by the BUYER is inaccurate. If the SELLER cannot reach the BUYER within 15 (fifteen) days through the provided phone, email, or address, the order may be cancelled to avoid inconvenience for both parties.

Article 4 – Contract Date and Force Majeure

Events beyond the control of the parties that prevent either or both from fulfilling contractual obligations partially or entirely (e.g., natural disasters, war, terrorism, legislative changes, strikes) are considered force majeure. In such a case, the affected party must notify the other in writing without delay.

 

If the force majeure persists for 30 days, either party has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.

 

Article 5 – Seller’s Rights and Obligations

The SELLER agrees to fulfill its obligations under the contract in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and relevant regulations, except in cases of force majeure.

 

No one under the age of 18 may shop on www.sunvit.com.tr. The SELLER is not responsible for incorrect age information provided by the BUYER.

 

The SELLER is not liable for price errors caused by system failures or unauthorized website modifications.
