Delivery & Returns

Delivery Terms

 

Once your order has been accepted, we aim to deliver your product(s) within the timeframes stated below.

 

For online purchases, you may request delivery to your preferred address.

 

Please note that some offers and promotions may have different delivery timelines, which will be specified in the terms and conditions of each promotion. If you have any questions regarding your order, you can contact us via email at info@sunvit.com.tr or call us at +90 488 502 7744.

 

In some cases, products may be shipped separately. However, you will not be charged additional delivery fees in such cases. If an item you ordered is out of stock for more than one week, it will be delivered to you using your selected delivery method as soon as it is back in stock. You will be notified via email once your order is shipped.

 

If we determine that the delivery address is not secure (for example, a public postal address or a P.O. Box), we reserve the right not to deliver the order. If this affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

If no one is present at the delivery address when the courier arrives, a “Not at Home” card will be left, explaining how a second delivery will be arranged without extra charge. However, additional fees may apply for a third delivery attempt.

 

As stated in the Distance Sales Agreement:

“Clause 3: If the Seller deems it necessary and finds that the information provided by the Buyer does not match reality, the Seller reserves the right to pause the order. If any issues are detected with the order, and the Buyer cannot be contacted via the phone number, email, or postal address provided, the order will be suspended for 15 (fifteen) days. If no response is received from the Buyer during this period, the Seller may cancel the order to prevent potential loss for both parties.”

Delivery Timeframes

 

Orders received into our system are delivered to our contracted shipping partner within 24 hours on weekdays, and on the next business day if received on Fridays or weekends.

 

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location.

 

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days to city center addresses by our contracted shipping company. (Delivery times may vary for districts and rural areas.)

 

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

Return Policy

 

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return the products.

 

If you decide to return the item(s), please ensure that:

• The package is not damaged,

• All accessories and components are included in the box,

• The original box and its contents are returned without any damage.

 

To receive a full refund, all parts of the product, including any accessories, attachments, or promotional gifts, must be returned in full.

Exceptions to Standard Delivery Timelines

 

In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or states of emergency, delivery may not be possible. In such cases, we will contact you.
